Back again

I have believed that when you play--you pay for a long time. Essentially, when you do wrong there are very real consequences to your actions.

A little over a month ago I did something that I shouldn't have done. I allowed someone into my apartment that every instinct I had told me not to let her in.  She stole my Ipod and phone. Shortly after that my old computer went south on me.

I believe that was the universe's way of telling me I was a bad boy. I truly do believe that.

What I still surprises me is that I sometime still do things that I know now to do. I haven't allowed someone I should not have let in my apartment because  I don't trust them in years. I haven't done that specifically because I have had things stolen before. It is a lesson I thought I learned years ago.

I have said a lot of things about get older. Luckily, I don't recall saying/thinking that I was getting wiser.

Hopefully this time the lesson sticks. Because having very limited internet connection stinks.
